No. Walk in during opening hours and we will find room for your bags. A quick message on WhatsApp before you arrive simply lets us know how many pieces to expect, which helps on busy summer afternoons.

3 EUR per item for a half day (up to 4 hours) and 5 EUR for the whole day, from 9am to 8pm. No surcharge for a large suitcase, a pushchair or a surfboard bag.

Anything from twenty minutes to a full day. If you need overnight storage between two stays, tell us when you drop off and we will keep your bags until the next morning.

Bags are kept in a locked room that only our staff can enter, and each item gets a numbered tag matched to a receipt on your phone. Cash, jewellery, laptops and medication should stay with you.

Yes. Key exchange costs 15 EUR per handover: the owner leaves the keys with us, the guest collects them at the counter with a name and a booking reference.

Suitcases, backpacks, bikes in a bag, golf bags, prams and pet carriers are all fine. For a bike out of its bag, send us a photo first so we can check the space.

Card, contactless and cash. You pay when you collect, so there is nothing to sort out when you are in a hurry to catch a train.
